Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer

The Clerk administers the Council, dealing with correspondence, communications and all aspects of finance including our accounts. The council also employs people/companies for specific tasks i.e. landscaping and garden services, supply and maintenance of the flower tubs, allotment pest control and litter picking. The council has an annual budget from income it largely receives from the council tax called the precept and this is used to pay for things in the villages regarded by the councillors as important to the community.
